Vic man charged over fatal crash

A man has been charged over a fatal crash in regional Victoria in which a two-year-old boy was killed.
The 50-year-old Yarram man was charged with culpable driving and a range of other driving offences over the August 17 crash in Gormandale, where the car hit a tree.
He has been bailed to appear at the Latrobe Magistrates Court on March 17.
