Vic man charged after fatal cyclist crash

A man has been charged after a cyclist died in a crash near Ballarat in regional Victoria.
A 31-year-old man from the Ballarat suburb of Black Hill has been charged with dangerous driving causing death after the fatal crash at Clunes in March.
He is also charged with driving in a dangerous manner and careless driving, and was bailed to appear at the Ballarat Magistrates' Court in January.
