Victoria's long service leave will be reviewed to make it fairer for parents and part-time workers.
Industrial Relations Minister Natalie Hutchins said long service leave laws were outdated and some existing arrangements have not been used since the 1960s.
She said the review would look at how it can be made fairer for women and parents, as well as part-time and casual employees.
