Vic live baiting charges against two more

Two more trainers have been charged under racing rules over the alleged use of live animals to train greyhounds at a Victorian track.

Suspended trainers Douglas Wheeler and Kyle Smale have now been charged with what are deemed to be serious offences under state and national greyhound racing rules.

Seven other trainers and handlers from the Tooradin Trial Track have already been charged.

Greyhound Racing Victoria on Friday said its stewards continued to investigate the actions of a further eight suspended people.
