Vic laptop thief flees on push bike

A plucky thief stole 12 laptops from a Melbourne business before fleeing on a push bike.

Police say the man and another person smashed the glass entry to the Collingwood premises in the early hours of May 5.

An image has been released of a man police say can help with their investigation.
