Vic kinders get more teachers

Kindergartens across Victoria will share $83.7 million to employ more staff and reduce child-staff ratios.

Under the new ratios, kinders will have one educator for every 11 kids, rather than one for every 15.

"Nothing beats the one-on-one attention of trained and caring staff," Premier Daniel Andrews said.
