A tracking device has been found under the car of a gym owner who was shot at in his Melbourne driveway last month.
The bomb squad went to Nick Solomos' home on Sunday after the suspicious device was discovered, with police on Tuesday confirming it was a tracking device.
When Mr Solomos pulled into his driveway on May 21 an unknown man fired two shots through his car window at close range, narrowly missing him.
