Vic girl critical in ute flip, 8 in back

A girl is fighting for life after a ute driven by a 16-year-old boy flipped in regional Victoria with eight teens riding in the back.
Police say the youth was driving the ute in a paddock in Longlea, near Bendigo, when it rolled about 4pm on Thursday.
The critically injured girl has been flown to The Alfred Hospital with leg, pelvis and internal injuries, while a teenage boy with a hand injury and a teenage girl with an arm injury were taken to Bendigo hospital in a stable condition

The driver is assisting police with inquiries.
