Victorian woman missing for three days in remote forest rescued

A woman has been rescued three days after becoming lost in a forest, west of Melbourne.
Emergency crews stretchered the woman out of the Lerderderg State Forest, near Bacchus Marsh, to waiting ambulance crews around 11.30am on Sunday.
Campers located the woman, believed to be in her 40s, on Saturday night.

Police, SES and Ambulance Victoria paramedics reached the woman on foot via a rugged track overnight.
She was taken to hospital with minor injuries and suffering from exposure.
