Vic FOI watchdog resigns

Victoria's Freedom of Information commissioner Lynne Bertolini has resigned after an investigation into her office.
Ms Bertolini steps down from the role on September 5 and the Andrews government is yet to announce a permanent replacement.
Department of Premier and Cabinet secretary Chris Eccles told a parliamentary committee in May he was investigating undisclosed "sufficiently serious" issues within the state's FOI office.
