AAP
A learner driver had a blood alcohol reading almost five times the legal limit when she was caught driving at 20km/h in Melbourne, police say.
Police pulled a car over about 2am on Friday on Doncaster Road in Donvale after spotting it driving erratically and at just 20km/h, breath-testing the driver - a 20-year-old St Albans woman.
It is alleged she returned an alcohol reading of 0.237 per cent and she has been charged by summons with traffic offences, with her car impounded.
