A drug-affected, speeding Victorian driver has been caught twice in three hours.
The woman, 33, allegedly tested positive for drugs when pulled over in Mooroolbark in Melbourne's east on Sunday afternoon.
Police imposed a 12-hour driving ban on her, but three hours later she was again caught by police driving erratically on the same road.
