Vic driver's phone call interrupted by cop

A Melbourne woman who drove through a police operation while chatting on her mobile phone has been fined $455 and copped four demerit points.

The 23-year-old Oakleigh woman was one of numerous people picked up as part of Operation Lockdown in Windsor on Tuesday night.

The highly visible operation also detected 20 unregistered vehicles, five suspended drivers and four unlicensed drivers.
