Vic driver evades cops in four chases

The driver of a stolen car has avoided capture in four separate police pursuits around Melbourne in the past three weeks.
The silver Nissan Skyline was stolen from Carlton North on February 28 and since then has been involved in four pursuits in St Kilda and a petrol drive-off in Kensington, police say.
They have released CCTV footage of the car.
