Vic driver caught watching porn on phone

A middle-aged driver caught watching pornography on his dashboard mounted mobile phone has copped more than $1000 in fines.
The 50-year-old man was caught in the act by an off-duty police officer on the Monash Freeway in West Gippsland in November.
The officer took down the man's details and was interviewed by police on Saturday, making full admissions and handed two fines.
