Vic drink driver caught five times limit

A Melbourne man has learnt the hard way that you shouldn't drive the morning after a night of partying.

Police say the 39-year-old man returned a reading of 0.241 per cent when tested after midday on Sunday.

He is expected to be charged on summons with driving under the influence and exceeding the prescribed concentration of alcohol.

His licence was immediately suspended and his vehicle was impounded.
