A Melbourne man has been charged with 37 offences after failing to stop for police twice in one night.
Police tried but failed to stop him at a petrol station in Ringwood early on Sunday. He drove at a police van five hours later, before taking off again.
Phillip Ryan, 29, was on Tuesday charged with 37 offences including conduct endangering life, speeding and evading police.
