Vic cyclist dead after being hit by car

A driver has been arrested after hitting and killing a cyclist in rural Victoria.
Police have yet to identify the dead cyclist, aged between 40 and 50, who was hit while riding along Snow Road in Milawa on Saturday afternoon.
Police say the 51-year-old male driver stopped to help and called triple-zero.

He has since been arrested and is helping police with their inquiries.
The man's death brings the 2015 road toll to 2018, 10 more than this time last year.
