Vic couple wanted over murder may be armed

A man and woman police want to speak to over the fatal stabbing of another woman in a Geelong suburb could be armed, police warn.

A 31-year-old woman was fatally stabbed after an argument quickly escalated in her Norlane home on Sunday night.

Police want to speak to Luke Berg, 28 and Alicia Schiller, 25, over her death and say they are concerned they could be armed.

"I am appealing for Luke and Alicia to come forward to us or make contact with us so we can speak to them about what occurred on Sunday evening," homicide squad detective inspector Mick Hughes said.

Police have released images of the pair and have warned anyone who sees them not to approach them but to call police.
