Vic cop charged over social media comments

A Victorian policeman will face court after he allegedly made offensive comments on social media.
The detective senior constable, based in the North West Metro Region, has been charged with two counts of using a carriage service in an offensive way.
He will appear in Melbourne Magistrates Court on July 17 and has been suspended without pay.
