Medicinal cannabis is a step closer to being available in Victoria after lower house MPs voted to make it legal.
Now the bill will go to the upper house before use of medicinal cannabis will be legal in Victoria.
Premier Daniel Andrews promised to change the law when Labor won power in 2014.
