Vic boy critical after being hit by car

A young boy is fighting for his life after being hit by a car while riding his bike in Melbourne's northeast.
Police said the nine-year-old was struck while riding through Greensborough on Tuesday evening and was airlifted to the Royal Children's Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car, a 22-year-old man, is in custody and being questioned by police.
