Vic teens charged over Facebook assault

Two Victorian teenagers have been charged over an attack on a boy that was recorded and posted on Facebook.

Ballarat police on Monday charged a 15-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy with assault with intent to rob.

Both have been bailed to appear at a children's court at a later date.

A number of people reportedly featured in the video filmed in a Ballarat car park and posted on Facebook last week.
