Vic assault victim told she was beautiful

A man who sexually assaulted a staff member in a Victorian shopping centre allegedly told the victim repeatedly she was "beautiful" while abusing her.

The man entered the Narre Warren Cranbourne Road complex in Melbourne's outer southeast at 10:30am on July 19, and approached the girl a short time later, police say.

Police have released an image on Friday of a man they wish to speak to, and will address the media later in the morning.
