Two Vic by-elections on October 31

By-elections for two vacant Victorian seats will be held on October 31.
Former premier Denis Napthine and former Transport Minister Terry Mulder recently announced their retirements, and their Liberal-held seats of South-West Coast and Polwarth are up for grabs.
A number of Liberal candidates are vying for preselection. Labor has not announced candidates.
