Two men injured in attacks in Victoria

A man has been stabbed on an inner-city football oval in Melbourne.

The man aged in his 20s was stabbed by another male at the Brunswick Street Oval in Fitzroy North about 9pm on Friday, before the attacker fled.

In a separate incident, a man was shot in the leg outside a Sunbury property after 1am on Saturday.

Both victims suffered non-life threatening injuries.

It comes after three men were hurt in unconnected shootings on Friday, including when a man drove at police, rammed vehicles and was shot in the shoulder in Tullamarine.
