Two men arrested over parking meter thefts

Two men have been nabbed allegedly using a drill to steal money from Melbourne parking meters.

An attentive Southbank resident heard what sounded like a drill near Moore Street after midnight on Wednesday and called police.

The duo, both aged in their 30s from country Victoria, were arrested and are being interviewed by officers.
