Two die in Vic head-on collision

Two people have died in a head-on collision in regional Victoria.

The two drivers, who are yet to be formally identified, were killed when their vehicles heading in opposite directions crashed on the Beechworth-Wodonga Rd at Wooragee at about 9.25am on Friday, police say.

The deaths take Victoria's road toll to 194 this year, 27 more than the same time last year.
