Two arrested over Vic post office hold-ups

A man and woman have been arrested over a slew of post office hold-ups in regional Victoria.

Police say the armed robberies occurred at seven post offices in the Bendigo area between October and January.

A Strathdale man and woman, aged 34 and 30, were arrested on Saturday morning.

The woman was later released, but the man remains in police custody and is being questioned.
