Driver cut free from crashed truck in Vic

A truck driver has been cut free from his truck after he ran off the road in northwest Victoria.

An Ambulance Victoria spokesman said the truck ran off the road and into trees near Kaniva close to the South Australian border on Wednesday morning.

The man was trapped inside the truck for an hour while CFA crews worked to free him.

He has serious arm and leg injuries will be taken by air ambulance to hospital in a stable condition.
