Trio charged over death of Victorian man

Three men have been charged over the death of a young man after a fight at a regional Victorian pub nine months ago.

The Swan Hill trio, aged 22 to 45, were charged on Thursday over the death of Jesse Lee Christopher Edwards, 20, who died from head injuries after a brawl at a licensed venue in their home town on January 19.

The accused men are due to face a magistrate on October 22 on various charges including assault, assault by kicking and affray.
