Trio arrested after Vic cop car ramming

Two men and a woman have been arrested after a police car was rammed in Melbourne's inner west.

Police say officers tried to intercept a stolen Toyota 4WD in West Footscray about 4.30am on Boxing Day before the 24-year-old Albanvale male driver rammed the police car.

Police used OC spray before arresting the driver and his two passengers, a 23-year-old Deer Park man and a 27-year-old Altona Meadows woman, who are being questioned.
