Tram and bus crash in Melbourne's CBD

A tram and a tourist coach have collided in Melbourne's CBD leaving the bus driver injured.
Police say the bus driver is being treated for minor head injuries after the collision on Friday morning at the intersection of William and La Trobe streets.
There were no passengers on the bus and there are no reports of any injuries to tram passengers or the tram driver.
