Train station skipping to be exposed
AAP
The number of stations skipped by Melbourne trains each month will be published as part of a plan to curb the practice.
Public Transport Victoria's monthly reports on service, punctuality and delivery will now include information on station skipping.
Minister for Public Transport Jacinta Allen says it is a concern for many passengers and, by publishing the data, commuters will get a better idea of how often it is happening.

"If Victorians don't like what they see, then more will need to be done to put an end to the practice," she said.
