Missing Victorian trail bike rider found

A trail bike rider who went missing in Victoria's east has been found safe and well after a ground and air search.

Zac Chester, 24, set off on his motorbike from a home on Combienbar Road in Combienbar on Friday afternoon and was due to return at 5.30pm.

The 24-year-old knew the area well so when he didn't come back at 5.30pm as expected, his family raised the alarm.

A Victoria Police spokeswoman said Mr Chester had a mishap with his bike and was forced to walk to get help.

Mounted police, SES crews and local officers were involved in the ground and air search in Club Terrace and the Combienbar area.
