Three Vic women winched from cliff face

Three women have been winched to safety after becoming stuck on a cliff face in a Victorian state park.

The women, aged 23, 28 and 34, were suffering little more than fatigue after being plucked off the cliff and dropped in the bush before walking out of Werribee Gorge State Park about 8pm on Sunday, emergency services say.

Rescuers were called in just after 2pm after the women became stuck on the cliff face, unable to navigate a way up or down.
