Three stabbed in Vic brawl

Three men were stabbed during a brawl in Ballarat in the early hours of New Year's Day.
Police were called to the brawl on Elsworth St in the Ballarat suburb of Mount Pleasant at 12.55am on Thursday.
Two men were taken to Ballarat Base Hospital with serious stab wounds, while a third man was treated for minor wounds.
