Three charged over Vic police assault

Two men and a woman have been charged after three Victoria Police officers were assaulted at a train station.

Two Protective Services Officers were taken to hospital with leg and bite injuries on Sunday after they were assaulted outside Flinders Street Station just after 1.30am.

Two men aged 19 and 20 and an 18-year-old woman have been charged with assaulting a PSO and resisting a PSO and will appear at Melbourne Magistrates Court in January.
