Teen charged over Melb hit-run death

A teenager who handed himself in to police has been charged after a hit-run crash that killed a Melbourne pedestrian.
The body of a 53-year-old Dingley Village man was found by a passer-by on Friday morning.
The 19-year-old Dandenong South man is expected to face Melbourne Magistrates Court later on Tuesday charged with culpable driving, dangerous driving causing death and failing to stop and render assistance.
