Tas rider dead after collision with 4WD

A motorbike rider in Tasmania has died after colliding head-on with a 4WD.

The 47-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, near the town of Zeehan in the state's north-west on Saturday afternoon.

Police are preparing a report for the coroner.
