THE MISSING
* A farmer, 84, is missing after his ute was found submerged in a dam in the western Victorian district of Wallacedale. One of three dogs tied to the back of the ute died
THE RESCUED
* 17 flood rescues in the past week, according to the state government
* One man had to be dragged out of a fast-flowing creek in Melbourne after he jumped in to save his dog
THE DAMAGE
* Almost 50 homes evacuated in the past week and 18 municipalities affected by the floods
* Power out to 8000 customers in Charlton, Wedderburn and the surrounding areas
* 13 schools closed on Thursday
* 184 roads closed including sections of the Great Ocean Road due to landslides and fallen trees
