Surfers targeted by thief at Vic beaches

Cars owned by surfers are being targeted by a thief in Victoria's Surf Coast.

Credit cards, cash and personal identification documents have been stolen from cars parked at beaches in Torquay, Han Juc and Bells Beach.

Police believe the thief finds car keys, which have been hidden, while the victims are out surfing.
