Strong winds cause blackouts in Vic

Thousands of homes in regional Victoria are without power as strong winds batter the state.
More than 6000 homes across Victoria are without power. Bendigo is the worst hit with 5641 homes affected on Tuesday afternoon, energy provider Powercor says.
Several outer Melbourne suburbs are also affected with power issues in Ringwood, Donvale and Warrandyte.
