Stabbed man turns up at Melbourne hospital

A man with multiple stab wounds has presented himself at a Melbourne hospital.
The injured man came to the Northern Hospital in Epping at 5:30pm on Friday, police say.
Investigators are still trying to work out the exact circumstances that led to the man's injuries.
