Speedster clocks 60km/h over-car impounded

The only flash of orange anyone expected to see in Melbourne on Halloween was pumpkins - not a car travelling at 147km/hr.
A 23-year-old man had his Commodore impounded after being caught travelling more than 60km/hr over the limit in Hallam on Monday night.
The Narre Warren man will be charged on summons with traffic offences.
