Sex offender escapes correctional facility

A man jailed for a sexual-related offence has escaped from a correctional facility in central Victoria.

Mana Lumm was last seen at the facility about 12.30am on Sunday and police are now searching for him.

The 20-year-old is Caucasian, about 175cm tall with a solid build, brown eyes and brown hair.

Police say they can not provide further details for legal reasons.

Anyone who sees Lumm is urged not to approach him and to phone triple zero.
