Serial flasher on the loose in Melbourne

Police are hunting a serial flasher who is believed to have exposed himself to numerous women in Melbourne and offered them money.
The most recent offence occurred last Monday when the man approached a 40-year-old Frankston woman in a suburban street, exposed himself and offered her $50 to touch him.

Detectives released a photofit image of the man on Monday and say he may be responsible for up to 13 similar incidents in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula areas, dating as far back as 2013.
