Second man charged with Victorian murder

A second man has been charged with murder over the death of another man in Victoria's north.
A 29-year-old Daltons Bridge man was found with life threatening injuries at a house on September 13 and died at the scene and a 28-year-old man was charged with murder the next day.
On Wednesday, a 24-year-old Echuca man was arrested and will appear in Echuca Magistrates Court this afternoon.
