Second man charged over Vic disappearance

A second man has been charged over the suspicious disappearance of a Victorian man.

Paul Kingsbury, 27, was last seen in Moolap, near Geelong, in the early hours of July 6.

A 30-year-old man, of no fixed address, has been charged with kidnapping and three counts of unlawful imprisonment.

He was arrested when police raided a Corio home on Tuesday night.

He was the third person to be arrested over the disappearance of Mr Kingsbury.

A 36-year-old Indented Head man was arrested on July 23 and charged with kidnapping and three counts each of threats to kill and false imprisonment.

Another man was arrested but released.
