Search resumes for missing divers off Victorian coast
The search for two divers missing off the Victorian coast has resumed.
The men got into trouble while looking for shellfish near rocks at Fingal Beach, north of Cape Schanck, on Saturday morning.
Police are treating Sunday's mission as a recovery operation, with little hope of finding the men alive as the search passes 24 hours.
A 50-year-old Keysborough man, who was diving with the men, was able to swim to shore and raise the alarm.
The St Albans man, 42, and Vermont South man, 34, have been missing since about 8am on Saturday.
Victoria Police search and rescue and water police officers are involved in Sunday's search.
Police suspended the search late on Saturday and hope for clear conditions for the search on Sunday.
